Abstract

Bioreactors present an innovative approach for improving biofuel and biochemical production from microorganisms. This technology relies on the use of living microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, to convert organic materials into energy and valuable chemical products. Bioreactors offer several advantages. They operate with high efficiency and require smaller spatial footprints compared to traditional methods of biological production. Additionally, they reduce harmful emissions and serve as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel-dependent processes. Bioreactors are employed in the production of biofuels, such as animal-based and plant-based biofuels, which can be utilized as alternative energy sources. They are also utilized for the production of bio-based chemicals, such as organi.
